The capital costs will require private funding and corporate sponsorship. The limited seating capacity of the local theaters prevent the traditional underwriting of these start up costs, however they are sufficient for the sustainability of future presentations operating costs. Future fundraising events i.e.:the annual Nutcracker Ball, Luncheon with the Guest Artists, a cocktail event with silent auction of theatrical memorabilia and collectables featuring a guest speaker and other events will build the financial foundation for C.A.T.S. future projects.
SPONSORS
These will come in all sizes and functions. The major donors are the financial support needed by theatre group's worldwide. Their reward will be the enhancement of the communities' cultural and entertainment image. Their names will be prominently displayed in all promotional materials and be synonymous with each key function or item their contribution made possible.
There are many other ways a sponsor can help: the underwriting of a fund-raising event, the printing of promotional flyers or posters, sponsoring the costs for the guest artists, the support of rental costs of special effects and lighting equipment, a contribution financially or in-kind to help cover the costs of the production.
